【Public Participation】 Mike Lu, Jeffrey Liu, and Angela Lin of Lexcel Partners were interviewed in the 15th issue of NCCU Law News, discussing the origins and purpose of the establishment for the scholarship.  The Lexcel Partner’s Scholarship is one of the most applied scholarships among students at the NCCU College of Law and it is an integral part of our pro bono program. Since its establishment 17 years ago, the scholarship has accumulated over a thousand applicants, with a total disbursement of nearly NTD 5 million.
